  It’s the classic way to celebrate the holiday: swaying to music together. The Parks and Recreation Department is hosting four Valentine’s dances throughout the month, catering to a variety of age groups.

  •  Special Therapeutic Activities Recreation (S.T.A.R.) Sweetheart Dance – Feb. 7 at 6 p.m. in the Osage Centre
  • Valen“TEEN” Dance – Feb. 8 at 6:30 p.m. in the Shawnee Park Center
  • Father Daughter Dance – Feb. 16 at 6 p.m. in the Osage Centre
  • Community Dance and Social – Feb. 21 at 6 p.m. in the A.C. Brase Arena

• Enjoy a romantic dinner

  KRCU is taking over Isle Casino Cape Girardeau on Saturday, Feb. 16 for their I Love the ’80s Valentine’s Day Party from 6:30 to 11 p.m. With live music from That 80s Band, a buffet, open bar and more, it’s sure to be, like, totally radical

• Hit the town with friends
