Spooky Market – The Cape Riverfront Market turns into the “Spooky Market” for this Halloween-themed event held on Saturday, October 28 from 8 am to noon. The Spooky Market will offer henna tattoos & tarot card readings! There will also be a pet costume contest and an adult and child costume contest.
