3-Stop Hop Series: Kage House, Bloom Studio and Minglewood Brewery

In this edition of VisitCape’s 3-stop hop series, we take you to downtown Cape where you can stay in a historic house, stop by a local boutique then grab dinner and a beer at a local brewery. And, once you park, you won’t have to drive to get to these three stops!

First up, the accommodations – the historic Kage House located at 120 Broadway was built sometime before 1883. Its location in downtown Cape makes almost everything less than a five-minute walk anywhere.  You can check out photos, reviews and availability on Airbnb. Even if you live locally, consider a “staycation” for the one-of-a-kind experience of staying in a historic home!

To grab a gift (for you or someone else) or a new outfit for the evening, walk across the street to locally owned Bloom Studio and Gifts where you’ll find beautiful and unique candles, beauty products, jewelry, stationery and so much more!

Getting hungry? Great! The next stop is located next door in a historic building built in 1891. Minglewood Brewery is the place for delicious food and craft beer made on site! The menu features unique pizzas and the atmosphere is casual and fun.

If you’re looking for additional eateries during your time downtown, remember to visit the VisitCape Dining Guide for ideas on where to go!
