In this edition of VisitCape’s “3-Stop Hop Series,” we are taking you to the middle of town for Mexican eats, belly laughs and post-comedy fun.

First up is longtime Cape eatery, El Torero. Depending on which night you decide to 3-stop hop, you can enjoy street tacos on “Taco Tuesday” or all-day happy hour on “Thirsty Thursdays!” Known for many flavors of margaritas, fresh ingredients and crispy chips, make this your stop numero uno!

Next up, walk (or drive) across the parking lot to Cape’s only comedy club, Laughing Gas! This place never disappoints! You will laugh until you cry! Laughing Gas has shows every Thursday, Friday and Saturday. For the updated show schedule and events, go to N2ocomedy.com. Open mic nights are on Wednesdays, in case you get an urge to try out some new jokes!

Also sharing a parking lot is Dogwood Social House, where you can relive the best comedy moments while bowling, playing pool or arcade games. Or, check out their patio on a beautiful summer night! Dogwood is home to great food, a beer wall, cigar room and karaoke on Wednesday nights! If you choose to do this “3-stop hop” in reverse, you can stop by Dogwood Monday – Friday 3-6 pm for “social hour” featuring half price apps, $5 margaritas and $2 PBR drafts!
