Jesus Christ Superstar

Sept. 26-30, 2018

River Campus – Southeast Missouri State University

Part rock, part opera, “Jesus Christ Superstar” is coming to Cape Girardeau. Winner of the 2016 Best Musical Revival award by London Revival – in addition to several other awards and nominations – Andrew Lloyd Weber’s music continues to entertain and astound. Loosely based on the original material, “Jesus Christ Superstar” is told through the eyes of Judas Iscariot – a perspective not often seen. It’s a show that challenges conventions while remaining supremely entertaining. See this timeless work as interpreted by Southeast’s Theatre & Dance Department.
