Cape Girardeau Parks & Recreation Foundation along with our sponsorship team: Missouri Running Company, Cpae Bicycle, CycleWerx, Saint Francis Healthcare and Fresh Healthy Cafe would like to invite you, your family and friends out to our MOVEMENT Celebration! We are celebrating Global Running Day this Wednesday, June 7th at 5:30 pm at the Osage Centre Trailhead.
This event is 100% FREE!
We will have the option of a Bike Ride through our beautiful trails, 1 mile Walk/Run, 5K or scavenger hunt for the kids!
Finish with a cool down lap in Cape Splash (18+)!
We will have free food provided by Saint Francis Healthcare, My Daddy’s Cheesecake, and Fresh Healthy Cafe.
