Tunes at Twilight is back for the Fall 2017 season with a line up to enjoy on a picnic blanket on the courthouse gazebo lawn, sipping a beverage and snacking on something tasty. Concerts start at 6:30 p.m. at the Common Pleas Courthouse gazebo lawn on Friday August 11, 18, 25, September 1, 8 and 15.
August 11: Jed Zimmerman is quickly becoming hailed as a troubadour talent out of Memphis, Tennessee.
August 18: Bottle Rocket Cabaret is comprised of John Latini and Jamie-Sue Seal and presents a lively collection of songs, filling in the gaps with superb vocals, masterful guitar playing and vintage flair.
August 25: The Rural Kings are a Southern Illinois quintet featuring a mix of bluegrass, originals, swing, and Americana material, as well as lead vocals from all members of the band.
September 1: Rip Lee Pryor started playing his dad’s (the legendary Snooky Pryor) discarded harmonicas from a young age, and has been touring the world over with his One Man Blues show and his special soulful sound.
September 8: Chad Elliott has turned love, loss, fatherhood, divorce and homelessness into lyrics in his folk and roots music.
September 15: Jimmy Davis closes out the 2017 Tunes at Twilight concert series with his Americana Country Rock music.
