Celebrate National Pizza Party Day With This Secret Recipe

Melted cheese. Zingy tomato sauce. Freshly baked crust. I bet you’re craving pizza now, aren’t you? So are we! Let’s celebrate National Pizza Party Day (May 15th)  together with our own tempting delicious treat…made by (your own) hand.

We teamed up with a local Cape favorite, Minglewood Brewery, to share the recipe for their classic Sausage and Goat Cheese Pizza. You can make it on your own, let the kiddos join in, or even turn it into a date night opportunity.

 

Ingredients:

  • Your favorite pizza dough or pre-made pizza crust
  • Pizza sauce
  • Spinach leaves
  • Italian sausage
  • Yellow onions
  • Cremini mushrooms
  • Mozzarella & Provolone cheese blend
  • Goat cheese

 

Directions:

Start by adding the pizza sauce of your choice to your dough or pre-made pizza crust.

Then layer on spinach, Italian sausage, onions, mushrooms and shredded cheese blend. Top it off with the goat cheese slices.

Cook times vary but we recommend placing your pizza in the oven at 475 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.

Then voilà, the Minglewood signature Sausage Goat Cheese Pizza is complete.
