In this edition of VisitCape’s 3-Stop Hop, we take you downtown for an afternoon pick-me-up coffee at The Ground-A-Bout, dinner at Top of the Marq, then a staycation at Courtyard by Marriott.

Stop number one is on the ground floor of the Marquette tower in downtown Cape inside The Ground-A-Bout where their fall menu will get you warmed up for a walk around the neighborhood, even down to the Mississippi for some scenic views on a nice, crisp fall day!

Next up is dinner on the top floor or the Marquette tower at Top of the Marq. Depending on the weather, sitting outside is an option with fantastic views of the skyline and river. Seasonal menu items include roasted peach flatbread and maple pork chop and remember…their wine list is top-notch!

It’s a short “hop” across the street to the stunning Courtyard by Marriott located in the historic H-H Building, which was built in 1907 by lumber company Himmelberger-Harrison.

Of course, you can do this 3-stop hop in a different order: stay at the Courtyard by Marriott, coffee the next morning at The Ground-A-Bout then lunch at Top of the Marq! Enjoy!
